Terms
- Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, for any eligible Independent Sales Representative (“Representative”) who sells new Nitel Services, Nitel will provide a Bonus as defined in the terms of the individual programs below.
- Representative will receive a one-time bonus equal to 3 times the monthly recurring charge (MRC) for eligible products.
- MRC will be as defined in the governing legal agreement between Nitel and Representative.
- Eligible orders must be quoted, signed and submitted between the dates of August 9, 2024 and December 31, 2024
- Eligible products include SD-WAN, Managed Next-Gen Firewall, Zero Trust Network Access, Cloud Web Security services, including Cloud Access Security Broker, Threat Detection and Prevention, Malicious Content Blocking and Insider Threat Protection.
- Bonus will not be offered for services with discounted pricing, price promotions, or other partner or customer incentives unless approved in writing by Nitel.
- The Bonus will be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the payment of Commissions in Representative’s agreement with Nitel.
- The Bonus will be paid as the initial Commission payment on the Service in lieu of initial Residual Commission payment.
- Nitel reserves the right to charge back the Bonus paid to Agent on any service that is disconnected prior to the end of Service Term by customer or by Nitel due to customer default.
- Nitel reserves the right to cancel this Special Incentive at any time.
