What to Expect from Your Kickoff Call

The kick off call is the first meeting between you and your dedicated project coordinator (PC). During this process, your project coordinator acts as your primary contact for questions or updates related to your project. At the same time, the PC is responsible for engaging other members of the Nitel team to ensure a smooth implementation.

Standard Install Intervals

Installing networks and their associated services can be complex business. Nitel simplifies this process for customers by taking on much of the heavy lifting…but it is still a process. We’ll work diligently and efficiently to ensure your services are deployed as quickly as possible. Fortunately, we’ve done this quite a bit and know roughly how long installations take. Your project coordinator will give you a more accurate estimation of when your services will be up & running, but here’s an idea of when you can expect them.

Sometimes we might need a little better understanding of your site layout so we can deliver your service as efficiently as possible. To do this, we may need to conduct a site survey. Learn what will happen during this critical steps and find out what you can do to make sure it goes smoothly and keeps your project moving forward.

Post-Install Support

Congratulations! Your services have been successfully installed and activated. Now what? From here, you’ll work with your dedicated account manager who will be responsible for your ongoing satisfaction in support of the changing needs of your business. In the event of a technical issue, you’ll also have 24x7x365 access to the Nitel Network Operations Center where our technicians stand ready to assist.
