Nitel’s Managed Service Center is a dedicated team of engineers with expertise in Managed SASE and Managed Firewall implementation and support. The MSC is the single technical point of contact for implementation, proactive support, and responsive support for clients deploying our managed services solutions which include SD-WAN and related SASE services, and Next Generation Firewall Management.

How does it work?

Customers can open tickets with the MSC Team by calling (855) 661-5571 or through the MyNitel portal. Support and troubleshooting are provided during normal business hours.

What is included?

Complete lifecycle management including all onboarding, support, and configuration changes where applicable for the following:

  • SASE and SD-WAN
  • Next Generation Firewall
  • Managed Router
  • Vulnerability reviews and patching of all Nitel provided infrastructure
  • Ongoing security and policy management reviews with proactive recommendations
  • Customer requested configuration and policy updates
