Terms

The following offer will be available to customers purchasing Nitel SASE Solutions in eligible locations with a minimum 36-month Term ordered during the promotion period (see below).  Nitel agrees that Customer will not be charged the Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) for the first three (3) months of the Service’s Initial Term.  For the avoidance of doubt, MRC does not include connectivity, installation, optional add-ons, building extensions, taxes and fees. Nitel will waive Customer’s SASE MRC and provide Customer with a bill credit in invoice for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd months of the Service Term. Total credits cannot exceed $90,000 ($30,000 in any month). To receive the credits, Customer’s account must be current in payment and Customer must not otherwise be in default under its Nitel Service Agreement.  Current customers with SD-WAN, SASE, Managed Firewall, CASB, Secure Remote Access are not eligible.  Nitel may change, cancel, or substitute offers and Services, or vary them by Service area at its sole discretion. Services with discounted pricing, price promotions, or other partner or customer incentives are not eligible for this promotion unless approved in writing by Nitel. This offer is available from August 9, 2024 through December 31, 2024.  Except as expressly set forth herein, the terms and conditions of Customer’s Nitel Service Agreement will remain in full force and effect, including without limitation, early termination liability.
