LEVEL 1

When you partner with Nitel, you can only go one way: up! Achieve Level 1 and win this premium 15-foot trampoline.

Sales target: $10K MRC between September 1 and October 31

 

Level 2

Now you’re gaining some momentum! Hit Level 2 and shred away with this electric longboard.

Sales target: $25K MRC between September 1 and December 31

 

Level 3

You’ve run over the competition.  At Level 3, you’ll conquer the outdoors with this beast of an ATV!

Sales target: $50K MRC between September 1 and February 28

 

Terms

  • Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, for any eligible Independent Sales Representative (“Representative”) who sells new Nitel services, Nitel will provide an Incentive according to the program description above.
  • Only Independent Sales Representatives selected by Nitel are eligible for Incentive.
  • MRC includes Nitel revenue as defined in the Independent Sales Representative Agreement between Nitel and Representative.
  • Only monthly recurring charges (MRC) will count toward Program.  Other charges are expressly excluded, including, without limitation, non-recurring charges, equipment charges, special construction fees, early termination fees, taxes and surcharges.
  • Qualifying orders must be submitted between September 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021.
  • Representatives who submit orders equaling or exceeding $10,000 in MRC by October 31, 2020 to qualify for Level 1 incentive.
  • Representatives who submit orders equaling or exceeding $25,000 in MRC by December 31, 2020 to qualify for Level 2 incentive.
  • Representatives who submit orders equaling or exceeding $50,000 in MRC by February 28, 2021 to qualify for Level 3 incentive.
  • Representatives may qualify for more than one incentive.
  • Orders must represent new revenue.  Orders that are offset by other cancelled locations for the same customer are not eligible. In the case of an upgraded service, Representative will receive credit for incremental revenue.
  • Incentive may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another party.
  • Only selling agents are eligible to earn Incentive. Master agents do not qualify based on aggregated sales of subagents.
  • Nitel has the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
