    • Threat Detection and Prevention
    • Malicious Content Blocking
    • Data Protection

 

Terms

1. Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, for any eligible Independent Sales Representative (“Representative”) who sells new Nitel services, Nitel will provide a Bonus as defined in the terms of the individual programs below.

2. Representative will receive a one-time bonus equal to one time the monthly recurring charge (MRC) for eligible products

3. MRC includes Nitel revenue as defined in the governing legal agreement between Nitel and Representative.

4. Eligible orders must be quoted, signed and submitted between the dates of December 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024

5. Promotion includes the following products and vendor platforms:

  • SD-WAN: Versa, Fortinet, VMware, Barracuda
  • Managed next-generation edge firewall: Versa, Fortinet, VMware, Barracuda
  • Remote access: Versa, Fortinet, Barracuda
  • URL filtering: Versa, Fortinet, Barracuda
  • Advance threat/malware protection: Versa, Fortinet, Barracuda
  • Intrusion detection and prevention: Fortinet, VMware, Barracuda
  • Zero trust network access – remote access: Versa, Fortinet, VMware, Barracuda
  • Cloud web security: VMware
  • Cloud access security broker: VMware
  • Threat detection and prevention: VMware
  • Malicious content blocking: VMware
  • Data protection: VMware

6. Only monthly recurring charges will count toward Special Incentive. Other charges are expressly excluded, including, without limitation, non-recurring charges, equipment charges, special construction fees, early termination fees, taxes and surcharges.

7. Bonus will not be offered for services with discounted pricing, price promotions, or other partner or customer incentives unless approved in writing by Nitel Legal Counsel.

8. Services must be installed and amounts due for the service must be billed and collected before Nitel will pay the Bonus. The Bonus will be paid as the initial Commission payment on the Service, together with initial Residual Commission payment.

9. Nitel reserves the right to charge back the Bonus paid to Agent on any service that is disconnected prior to the end of term by customer or by Nitel due to customer default.

10. Offer solely for existing Nitel customers in good standing.

11. Nitel reserves the right to cancel this Special Incentive at any time.
