  • Forward-thinking philosophy. Known for its ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, the company added SD-WAN and SD-Security offerings to its managed services portfolio. More recently, Nitel upgraded its network infrastructure to support the growing demand for next-generation technologies including, IoT, cloud and mobility solutions.
  • Unwavering focus on the customer. Nitel provides dedicated support to customers at every step of the customer journey, including a recently introduced strategic account team focused on enhancing the customer experience and its U.S. based network operations center, offering 24/7/365 access to three levels of local technical support.

During this period of impressive growth, Nitel has been recognized by Inc. 5000 nine times as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies as well as Crain’s Chicago Business as one of Chicago’s Largest Privately Held Companies.

“We are thankful for our customers and partners who have chosen to work with us time and again,” said Ron Grason, President, Nitel. “We also could not have achieved this milestone without the hard work of each of our employees who continually strive to provide the utmost support to our customers and partners.”
