Rick’s strong belief in corporate culture stems from many influences including serving six years in the U.S. Naval Reserve after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida. He began his career in sales and management at Sprint and Worldcom. His leadership skills have been further fine-tuned through the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program in Owner/President Management. And, Rick was named a Midwest finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in 2010.
