Our clients depend on us to provide consistent service 24/7.  An outage can lead to costly downtime and missed opportunities.  The staff of Nitel’s Network Operations Center, or NOC, work hard  to ensure our clients don’t have to worry about network issues and can focus on what they do best.

As the ones who oversee the health of our network, the NOC acts like the heartbeat of the company.  Using state-of-the-art network monitoring systems, our engineers identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems to guarantee customers receive reliable service around the clock.

Our monitoring sytems closely integrate with an online trouble ticketing system and customizable customer web portal, MyNitel, which provides real-time visibility into the overall health of a client’s network.  It’s all part of Nitel’s commitment to customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

So who are the hard-working people who make up our in-house Network Operations Center?  Let’s meet the staff of our NOC:
