Growth & Renewal of Existing Nitel Customers

Receive a bonus for renewing and growing an existing customer contract.  When you renew a customer contract for an additional 12 months or more and increase the customer’s monthly spend by over 10%, you’ll receive a 1xMRC bonus for the difference between the new MRC and the original MRC.

EXAMPLE

  • Original contract: $10,000 MRC expires 8/15/2018
  • New contract: $11,000 (10% increase over original contract) renews contract until 8/15/2019
  • Bonus: $1,000

SD-WAN

Receive a 1xMRC bonus on any deal that includes SD-WAN.  But not just on the SD-WAN components…THE WHOLE DEAL!

EXAMPLE

Single order containing:

  • 10 Mbps DIA: $2,000
  • 20 Mbps DIA: $2,500
  • 5 Mbps DIA: $500
  • 3xSD-WAN: $567
  • 3xSD-Security: $417
  • TOTAL: $5,984
    One-Time Bonus: $5,984

Managed Threat Detection (SIEM)

Receive a one-time bonus on any deals that include Managed Threat Detection (SIEM) service. Ensure that your customers are equipped to deal with threat and compliance issues with real-time alerting, correlation, analysis and auditing through Nitel’s Managed Threat Detection service.

EXAMPLE

Single order containing:

  • 10 Mbps DIA: $2,000
  • 20 Mbps DIA: $2,500
  • 5 Mbps DIA: $500
  • Managed SIEM: $800
  • TOTAL: $5,800
    One-Time Bonus: $5,800

Managed Security Testing

Receive a one-time $500 bonus every time you enable a customer to assess its exposure to cyber threats with a Managed Security Testing solution from Nitel.

Nitel will initiate a penetration test or “ethical hack” to evaluate a networ or an application’s ability to withstand an attack.

GENERAL TERMS

Terms below apply to all programs above.

  • Eligible orders must be signed and submitted between the dates of July 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018
  • Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, for any eligible Independent Sales Representative (“Representative”) who sells new Nitel services, Nitel will provide a Bonus as defined in the terms of the individual programs below.
  • MRC includes Nitel revenue as defined in the Independent Sales Representative Agreement between Nitel and Representative.
  • Individual programs above are exclusive of each other and may not be combined with one another.
  • Bonus will not be offered for services with discounted pricing, price promotions, or other partner or customer incentives unless approved in writing by Nitel Legal Counsel.
  • Services must be installed and amounts due for the service must be billed and collected before Nitel will pay the Bonus.  The Bonus will be paid as the initial Commission payment on the Service, together with initial Residual Commission payment.
  • Nitel reserves the right to charge back the Bonus paid to Agent on any service that is disconnected prior to the end of term by customer or by Nitel due to customer default.
  • Nitel reserves the right to cancel this Special Incentive at any time.
“GROWTH & RENEWAL” PROGRAM RULES

Agents will receive a one-time Bonus for renewing a contract of an existing customer and increasing the account’s overall value by greater than 10%.  The following terms apply:

  • One-time Bonus will equal the MRC difference of the new and old contracts.
  • Only monthly recurring charges will count toward Bonus.  Other charges are expressly excluded, including, without limitation, non-recurring charges, equipment charges, special construction fees, early termination fees, taxes and surcharges.
  • Services sold as part of the renewal must increase the customer’s overall spend – including any services ordered, but not yet installed – by 10% or greater to be eligible for Bonus
  • Bonus will be paid for renewals of a minimum 12-month contract term
  • Bonus will also be paid if additional services are ordered and, at the same time, the contract term of all existing services is extended at least 12 months past their original contract expiration date (provided that the new services also increase the total MRC value by greater than 10%). In this case, the period between the Start of Service date of the most recently installed service and the contract signature date of the renewal contract must be no less than six months.
“SD-WAN” PROGRAM RULES

Agents will receive a one-time Bonus on any deals that include SD-WAN services.

  • One-time Bonus will equal the MRC of all services included on a single order where SD-WAN services are part of that order
  • Only monthly recurring charges will count toward Special Incentive.  Other charges are expressly excluded, including, without limitation, non-recurring charges, equipment charges, special construction fees, early termination fees, taxes and surcharges.
  • Only services with an Initial Term of thirty-six (36) months or greater will be eligible for Bonus.
  • Bonus applies to new Nitel customers only.  Existing customers who purchase SD-WAN services may be eligible for Growth & Renewal Bonus.
“MANAGED Threat Detection (SIEM)” PROGRAM RULES

Agents will receive a one-time Bonus on any deals that include Managed Threat Detection (SIEM).

  • One-time Bonus will equal the MRC of all services included on a single order where managed threat detection services and/or managed security testing service are part of that order
  • Only monthly recurring charges will count toward Special Incentive.  Other charges are expressly excluded, including, without limitation, non-recurring charges, equipment charges, special construction fees, early termination fees, taxes and surcharges.
  • Only services with an Initial Term of thirty-six (36) months or greater will be eligible for Bonus.
  • Bonus applies to new Nitel customers only.  Existing customers who purchase Managed Security Testing services may be eligible for Growth & Renewal Bonus.
“MANAGED SECURITY TESTING” PROGRAM RULES

Agents will receive a one-time $500 bonus for every Managed Security Testing deal sold.

  • One-time Bonus will for each unique Managed Security Testing order sold.
  • Bonus applies to new Nitel customers only.  Existing customers who purchase Managed Security Testing services may be eligible for Growth & Renewal Bonus.
