Well-known telecom executive Nate James hired to oversee Nitel’s customer and partner experience teams
CHICAGO – Nov. 6, 2017 – Nitel, a leading nationwide managed telecom service provider, announced today that Nate James has been named vice president of account management. A seasoned telecom executive with more than 15 years of experience in business development and sales, Nate will oversee Nitel’s national account development organization. He will focus on establishing programs and initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience over the course of their journey with Nitel.

Nate joins Nitel from Windstream where he most recently served as regional director of channel account management, overseeing the company’s account development team for the Southeast U.S. region. Earlier in his career, he held account management and sales support positions at NuVox, which was acquired by Windstream in 2010.
