Inside Sales

Nitel, a nationwide provider of telecom network services, one of the fastest growing companies in the nation and one of the 50 fastest in Chicagoland, is building a team of highly dedicated and determined inside sales representatives.

Our company is the best at what we do, and our team members need to be the best as well.  The right candidate will have:

  • A history of over-achievement in competitive environment
  • An overwhelming desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Experience selling to C-level executives on the phone
  • 6 months to 2 years of inside B2B sales experience (technical experience would be ideal)
  • The determination to plow through rejection
  • The ability to think quickly under pressure
