building a team of highly dedicated and determined inside sales
representatives.

the best as well. The right candidate
will have:
- A history
of over-achievement in competitive environment
- An overwhelming desire to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
- Experience selling to C-level executives on the phone
- 6 months to 2 years of inside B2B sales
experience (technical experience would be ideal)
- The determination
to plow through rejection
- The ability to think quickly under pressure
