When Jim’s on a roll, so is everyone around him. That includes our team and our clients.
A career leader in defining telecom solutions, Jim implemented our successful effort to roll out a fiber network in Chicago during his first year with the company, and he’s focusing on similar products in other major national markets. He has established processes, procedures, tracking and training to help us meet our goals. He also oversees network operations, order entry, provisioning and procurement.
Jim brings 18 years of sales and operations experience in the telecommunications industry to Nitel, with past roles at Cellular One, AT&T, Universal Access and Vanco Direct. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business from Northern Illinois University.
Jim has earned a reputation as a leader who leads by example. That’s a goal our whole team shares.
