Easy Access to Network and Billing Information from Your Desktop
Receive easy access to your network information with the MyNitel web portal. Access advanced network monitoring data as well as important billing history and recent invoices.
MyNitel provides you with a simple dashboard where you can quickly see if there are issues on your network, view recent trouble tickets, view your billing history and obtain contact information for your account manager.
Clicking the Advanced Monitoring tab takes you into detailed information regarding the equipment on your network. The advanced monitoring section provides you with helpful metrics, including availability, CPU load, memory utilization, packet loss and response time for every node on your network.
When your entrust your corporate network to Nitel, we strive to provide the optimum level of performance. We work with you to develop a set of business rules so that if a component of the network should perform outside of the parameters you set, the event will be flagged in the system. As a user, you can log in to MyNitel any time and see a list of events that have taken place and take action if necessary.
Initiate Trouble Tickets and View Status
If you spot trouble on your network, you can easily see whether a ticket has already been opened. If not, you're a click away from initiating a ticket yourself.
View Invoices and Payment History
Get quick access into your invoices. The MyNitel app allows you to download a pdf to your device so you can see detail associated with your invoice.
