Monitor Detailed Network Statistics
Tapping the "Monitor My Network" icon brings you to a list of locations on your network. Drill down into a location, a device and even an interface on the device to view detailed performance statistics. With every click, you see a red or green light indicating whether there are issues at a location, on a device or an interface.
Initiate Trouble Tickets and View Status
If you spot trouble on your network, you can easily see whether a trouble ticket has already been opened. If not, you're a click away from initiating a ticket yourself.
View Invoices and Payment History
Get quick access into your invoices. The MyNitel app allows you to download a pdf to your device so you can see detail associated with your invoice.
